Why are my charts frozen/not moving?
There may be a few reasons for this:
1. The symbol you are watching is traded in a market that is currently closed. Check
market hours here.
2. If your computer's time does not match your smartphone's time, you'll need to sync your computer to the server under
Date & Time settings.
Charts may not count down or load if your computer is not set to actual local time down to the minute, based on the
Atomic Clock.
3. You may not be receiving any data from your broker. In this case, you will see yellow or red borders appear around your charts. To remedy this, select a different feed under
Settings >
Data
4. Check your internet connection. Visit www.speedtest .net to ensure you're receiving at least 12Mbps download.
