This Privacy Notice for Green Chart, LLC (“GreenChart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) describes how and why we collect, store, use and share your personal information when you use our services (the “Services”), including when you visit greenchart.com, use our web applications, or engage with us in other related ways, such as support, sales or marketing.

1. What information do we collect?
Personal information you disclose to us

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
5. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?
We may use cookies and similar technologies, such as browser local storage, to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Services are used. We use Google Analytics to help us analyze usage. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies; if you do, some features of the Services may not work properly.
6. Do we offer artificial intelligence-based products?
Yes. The Services include AI-powered features, such as an assistant that helps you build and analyze trading strategies. Information you enter into these features is processed by third-party AI service providers to generate responses. Please do not submit sensitive personal information to AI features. AI-generated output is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial advice.
7. How long do we keep your information?
We keep your personal information only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, such as for tax, accounting or other legal requirements. When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it, or, if that is not possible, securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
8. How do we keep your information safe?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that unauthorized parties will never be able to access, steal or modify your information. You access the Services at your own risk.
9. Do we collect information from minors?
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to anyone under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to delete that data. Marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email, and from text messages by replying STOP.
11. Controls for Do-Not-Track features
Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will describe it in a revised version of this notice.
12. Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?
If you are a resident of certain U.S. states, such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or others with comprehensive privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sale of personal information or its use for targeted advertising.
