Can I use GreenChart on a Chromebook?
Absolutely. Just ensure it meets processor and RAM requirements above.

Can I use GreenChart on a Tablet/iPad?
GreenChart will load on any touch device but is not optimized for touch input and is not currently supported. Until touch support is released, we recommend tablets be used for reference or 'read-only'.

Experiencing an issue? Try these steps first:
If you have verified that your system and internet speed meets the minimum requirements above:

1. Ensure you are using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers.
While any browser will display GreenChart, GreenChart is optimized for these two browsers because they are currently the most stable.

2. Ensure you're using latest version of Chrome or Edge browsers
Glance in the upper-right corner (Chrome) for updates. A colored message indicates an update.

3. Ensure your computer's clock is set to actual local time.
If your computer's time does not match the time on your your smartphone, you'll need to sync your computer to the server under Date & Time settings. Charts cannot not load if computer is not set to local time to the Atomic Clock down to the minute.

4. Reload your browser
In Chrome, Select the reload icon just inside the right edge of the web address bar. This will send a new request and data feed connection from GreenChart's servers.

5. 'Restore' GreenChart
In GreenChart, in the top-right corner under Settings (gear icon) select Restore GreenChart from the menu.

6. Clear your browser's cache and cookies
Select the following links for step-by-step directions: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge.

7. Using a VPN?
Ensure GreenChart's web address is added to your VPNs 'White' or 'Allowed' URLs list.
